We’re in the business of empowering Realtors® –Château is the only real estate brokerage in Central Florida that lets agents keep 100% of their commission and offers the level of support, technology, and resources agents, teams, and small brokerages need to grow their brand and build their business.

I have a team or brokerage of my own, can I still join?

Yes, you can! Our whole focus and existence is to build your brand and your business – consider us the support, compliance, marketing, and consulting arm of your business. Let’s build.

Where is Cháteau located, and where is it open for business?

We are headquartered in Altamonte Springs, Florida. We have Realtor® partners all over Central Florida.

I’m a new agent, can I still join?

Yes, you can! If you’re a new agent with little or no production history, you will be enrolled in our Mentorship Program. Our Mentorship Program consists of you being paired with one of our mentors who will coach you one-on-one through your first (4) transactions with Château – (2) Buyer transactions and (2) Seller transactions.

During your mentorship, your Mentor will guide you through listing Agreements, forms, addendums, negotiations, and compliance. The goal is to ensure you are confident, compliant, and knowledgeable as you navigate your first transactions. Our mentorship program is an 80/20 split until you complete your first 4 transactions with Château. Once completed you will be eligible to be a Château advisor.

What are the fees to join Château?

There are no monthly fees, desk fees, or franchise fees. You only pay $500 per transaction and $1,500 annually. $500 which is due at the time of onboarding, and the rest which is taken from the first sale of the calendar year. That’s it.

What is a Château advisor, and what do I need in order to become a Château advisor?
